 There are numerous application of ict and it gadgets. Some of the uses of ict gadgets are

1.TELECONFERENCING
Teleconferencing is a telephone meeting among two or more people  in various locations,  where by voive messages, audio, data and graphics are transferred  over a telephone  line or device.

2.VIDEO CONFERENCING
video conferencing is a telecommunication technology  that allow two or more people In different locations to interact via video and audio transmission .

3.TELEPRESENCE
 Telepresence is a technology that offers almost exact experience  as a face to face meeting, interaction or discussion . It allows you to hear and seethe other people's communicating with you  directly using holograms.

4.TELECOMPUTING
Telecomputing is the use of computers for communications  e.g internet access.

5.MESSAGES
A message  is a written text, information about a particular subject. It can be in the form of emails, sms, audio chats,  video chats, etc.

6.SEARCH  FOR INFORMATION
internet search engines such as Google,  bing, yahoo etc can be use to search for informationon the internet,  provided there is an internet connection.

ICT TECHNOLOGICAL GAGDETS

Ict gadgets are basically devices used for information and communication purposes.  Some of them are listed below;

Computer  is an electronic device that accaepts raw data as inputs, it process the data, store it and brings the results as an accurate information  or output. The various types are

  • Laptops 
  • Palmtops

  • Ipods
  • Itv etc
(B). TELEVISION  SETS
This is a device  that is used to view  television broadcast or programs. It has an antenna. Display input and a tunner or remote.







(C) MOBILE PHONES
This is an electronic simple handheld  device used to make calls. E.g blackberry, Samsung, infinix, Nokia, techno,  gionee products  etc.




(D). FAX MACHINES
fax stands for facsimile ( to make a copy) . It is a device  that  can send and receive pictures over a telephone  line or network.

(E). AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE
This is a computerized device  that provides the clients of financial institutions access to their financial  transactions in a public space, without the need of a cashier or human Clerk .


(F). POINT OF SALE (POS)
this is a machine that is used to carry out retail transactions
It can provided many other services such as credit card processing, cash transactions etc


(G). RADIO SETS
This is an electronic device that receives inputs from an antenna, a selected radio signal, amplify it for processing and then convert and demodulate it to a digital sound.


(H). DISPENCING MACHINE
this is a machine which dispenses items such as snacks, beverages, lottery tickets etc. to a consumer  automatically .
